All items are custome produced to order and, unless your item arrive damaged, we do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate it and replace it at our discretion. Please note that this statement applies solely to physical goods and shall not apply to any digital goods you acquired via the services or the website, and any such purchase is under your sole risk and responsibility.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details. We receive your order details in our system and it is processed automatically to our fulfilment partner. Orders are usually produced within 3 business days, then being viewed by a quality control team and sent to a shipping facility. In most cases, when the order is shipped an automated e-mail with the shipment tracking details will be sent to you. Orders usually arrive within 12 business days. Please note that once your order has been placed we cannot change or edit the order.
